1. Introduction

Welcome to Precision Snagging. By booking our snagging inspection services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or website.

2. Services

Precision Snagging provides professional snagging inspections for new-build homes across the UK. Our inspectors are RPSA-registered and fully insured. All reports are conducted independently and fairly, based on visible and accessible areas at the time of inspection.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through our online booking system or via written confirmation. Full payment is required prior to inspection unless otherwise agreed. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your inspection, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

5. Inspection Limitations

Our inspections are visual and non-invasive. We do not move furniture, open sealed areas, or dismantle components. The report reflects the condition of the property on the date of inspection. Precision Snagging is not liable for defects that become apparent after inspection.

6. Liability

While every care is taken during inspections, Precision Snagging shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the report. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7. Confidentiality

All client data, including inspection reports, photographs, and personal details, are treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of delivering our services. We comply with all UK data protection regulations.

8. Complaints

We aim to deliver a professional and transparent service. If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact us at info@precisionsnagging.co.uk. We will respond within 5 working days to resolve the matter.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
